The Prisma 20A utilises Improved Oscillatory Pressure Signal (FOT) to accurately distinguish between central and obstructive sleep apnoeas, ensuring optimal breathing comfort. It also permits precise identification of hypopnoea, snoring, respiratory effort-related arousals (RERA), and flow limitations, providing a high degree of therapy flexibility. Patients can switch between APAP and CPAP modes, with the added benefit of pressure relief softPAP for increased comfort during exhalation. The device operates within a CPAP pressure range of 4-20 cmH2O.

A host of comfort-driven features such as softSTART, autoSTART-STOP, and continuous therapy feedback make therapy more manageable and less intrusive.
