Attach the Pilot-24 Lite or Pilot-12 Lite in series between your CPAP and the wall and then rest is simple… If your power goes out, due to a storm or other anomaly, the Pilot Lite will take over automatically ensuring you continue to receive restful, uninterrupted sleep therapy. When the power comes back on the Pilot Lite will automatically recharge so it’s ready the next time you need it.

Convenient AC Charging & Optional DC Charger Available

• The Pilot 24 Lite Battery Pack charges using the AC Power Cord from any compatible CPAP or BiLevel machine, so there’s no extra charging cord needed. To make things even easier, LED lights on the battery let you know the battery’s current charge status.
• There’s also a DC Power Charger available as an optional add on for the Pilot Lite, so if you’d like to charge from the cigarette style power outlets found in most cars, boats and other vehicles you can upgrade and do that too.

Great For Use On Aeroplanes

Current FAA regulations allow Sleep Apnea Therapy Devices (CPAP & BiPAP Machines) and Lithium Ion Batteries (like the one in this battery pack) to be carried onboard commercial flights and are usually not counted toward your weight limits; however it is always important to check with your airline prior to travel to determine exactly what requirements they have for carrying medical equipment on board.

To Make The Battery Last Longer

Follow the below instructions to disable humidifier and heated tubing, and setting Climate Control to Manual for the ResMed AirSense 10

1. Make sure your heated tubing and water reservoir/humidifier is connected to your CPAP device.
2. Turn on your AirSense 10 and you should see two options (My Options and Sleep Report)
3. Highlight My Options by turning the dial to the right of the screen and pressing it to select it.
4. We would recommend recording these 3 settings on paper in case you want to revert them back to normal afterwards.

• These settings are climate ctrl, humidity level, and tube temp.
• *Note if climate ctrl is on automatic, you will not see the humidity level option*

5. In My Options, turn the dial until climate ctrl is highlighted, press the dial to select it. This option must be on Manual to disable both the humidifier and heated tubing. Press the dial to confirm.
6. Next humidity level must be highlighted and selected. If it is set on a setting from 1-8, the dial must be turned all the way to the left until you see off. Press the dial to confirm this option.
7. Lastly, scroll down to tube temperature and you should see a temperature. the dial must be turned all the way to the left until you see off. Press the dial to confirm this option.
